CONTENT SHARING AGREEMENT

This Content Sharing Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of the date of acceptance by the content provider ("Contributor") and PositivityFromKids.com ("Platform"), collectively referred to as the "Parties."

  1. Purpose This Agreement governs the sharing of recorded voice messages, pictures, and artwork ("Content") by Contributors on the Platform.
  2. Grant of Rights The Contributor grants the Platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, host, and share the submitted Content solely on PositivityFromKids.com.
  3. Restrictions on Use The Platform agrees not to distribute, reproduce, modify, or share the Content outside of PositivityFromKids.com without the Contributor’s explicit written consent.
  4. Ownership The Contributor retains all intellectual property rights to the submitted Content. The Platform does not claim ownership over the Content.
  5. Content Standards The Contributor agrees that the submitted Content does not infringe upon any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.
  6. Termination Either Party may terminate this Agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the Platform will remove the Contributor’s Content within a reasonable timeframe.
  7. Liability and Indemnification The Contributor indemnifies and holds the Platform harmless from any claims arising from the Contributor’s Content, except where the Platform violates the terms of this Agreement.
  8. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state/country in which the Platform operates.
  9. Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

By submitting Content to PositivityFromKids.com, the Contributor acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Agreement.
